Autism Assessment

ADOS-2 and ADI-R or MIGDAS-2, SRS & Vineland-3

This includes an indepth interview with the parent or carer, questionnaires with the teacher if possible and then activites with the child. A report will provided that details the results and the child’s strengths and difficulties. An additional one page report from a Speech Therapist is also included in this cost. A meeting will then be held to feedback the details to the parent or carer.

ADHD Assessment

DIVA-5 Interview and Conners 4

The DIVA-5 is a semi-structured Diagnostic Interview for ADHD. It discusses behaviours associated with ADHD and looks at examples. The Conners 4 is a comprehensive assessment tool for children and youth aged 6 to 18 that helps evaluate the symptoms and impairments associated with ADHD and other co-occurring conditions

Cognitive and Academic Assessment

WISC-V, WIAT-III and Vineland-3

This include an interview with the parent or carer, a questionnaire for both the parent or carer and the teacher if possible and then activities with the child. A report will provided that details the results and the child’s strengths and difficulties. A meeting will then be held to feedback the details to the parent or carer.

Other assessments

Any of these assessments can be completed by themselves or as a combination depending on the the referrral question.

• Vineland-3 - adaptive behaviours

• BASC-3 - to identify, evaluate, monitor, and manage behavioural and emotional strengths and weaknesses

• ASRS - screener to see if there are symptoms of Autism present in the child’s behaviours and suggest further Autism assessment is warranted.
